Drivers should not move their vehicle between 13.30 & 17.00 without permission from a marshal. All drivers must hold a full driving licence, must be aware of spectators and pedestrians. IF IN DOUBT STOP!!!!
Parking for the public is at a cost of £5 payable at the school hub

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
- CARS ARRIVE FROM 11.00am– 1.15pm (11.00 if you wish to leave your vehicle on site and visit the town). No car movement is permitted after 1.30 until the parade
- PUBLIC VIEWING 2.pm- 5.pm
- PARADE BEGINS 5.pm (takes about 120 minutes)
Please note At the request of the academy NO DOGS are allowed on the Academy site
IMPORTANT, as there is ANPR parking on the Academy site, THE VEHICLE YOU REGISTER WILL BE RECORDED WITH THE PARKING COMPANY, ANY CHANGE of VEHICLE or REG number needs to be notified to us before attending.
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC VISITING
PLEASE, ensure there is a sign on your vehicle with

- YEAR.

PARADE. All vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, taxed and have a current MOT
You will be notified nearer the time or on the day if you are in the Parade, as there is a cap on numbers that the route can accommodate.
The route is narrow and steep, may not be suitable for vehicles over 6m long and 2.1m wide.

FOWEY CLASSIC CAR AND BIKE PARADE

PARADE STARTS AT 5.PM AND TAKES ABOUT 120 MINUTES.
ALL CARS SHOULD BE CLEAR BY 7PM
Stewards will coordinate the commencement of the parade form the field.
Please do not move your vehicle until asked to do so
ROUTE
See map above, once vehicles reach Caffa Mill the parade is completed and you will then have the choice of :-
* Using IMERYS private road and the Pinnock Tunnel to Polmear (PL24 2AR) as their guest
* or proceed up Passage Lane to end at Four Turnings roundabout, (PL23 1JU)
- At Four Turnings roundabout you can turn
- LEFT…. Return to Fowey
- STRAIGHT ON….Par , St Austell and West
- RIGHT…. Lostwithiel, Bodmin and East
YOUR VEHICLE & THE PINNOCK TUNNEL
- Should be less than 2.1m wide and 6.2m long.
- Sorry No two wheel vehicles as the stone road can be slippery
- Must be appropriately insured and roadworthy.
- All rules and laws of the road apply.
- Please obey instructions from Marshals.
- Drive at a steady pace, no sprinting.
